Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Customers from all over the world can enjoy our products.

Where is my order?
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with the order number and details, and then once the order has been shipped you will receive another email notification to let you know that it’s on its way. Depending on where you live, this can take up to a few weeks, sometimes longer during holiday periods. 

An item I really want says “out of stock”, when will you have this back in stock and available?
On the rare occasion that items such as T-shirts are out of stock, it is usually due to a slight delay from our suppliers to get the products in which we then make to order. We do our best to ensure that stock remains available at all times, and if anything is ever out of stock and you’re really keen for it, don’t be afraid to shoot us an email at cat@dropdeadchic.com. There are some items in the shop which are unique pieces as they are handmade, so they may not be repeated, or there may be future listings which are similar. Again, the best way to find out if something you really like is coming back in stock is to send us a message.

I really want an item but can't get it just yet - can you hold it for me?
We don't do holds. We are a very small team here at Drop Dead Chic, and it's impossible to manage holds and guarantee an item is secured before another buyer purchases it out from under you. We simply do not have the time and resources to be removing listings for potential buyers, and it's also not fair to other customers for a listing to be blocked or removed for someone who has not paid for it, so the only way you can secure an item will be yours is to buy it when you see it.

My item is not as described or has arrived damaged. What can I do?
If you have received an item which is defective, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so that this can be rectified. We do our best to ensure that everything is triple checked before shipping, and we put our trust in the delivery service to get your order to you in a timely and professional way. We unfortunately can’t promise anything on behalf of the delivery service, so if it has been damaged in transit we recommend lodging a complaint with the delivery company and letting us know what’s happened.

Please note, we do not refund or replace orders because of a change of mind.
